National Children’s Gardening Week (24th May to 1st June) celebrates the fun that gardens hold for kids. Children love growing plants and love being involved in the garden, and what better time than this annual festival of gardening fun?!

There's a list of suggested activities on the National Children's Gardening Week website, and we have a wide range of children's tools, gloves and of course seeds and plants to encourage your little ones to get the gardening bug!

We're joining in the celebrations by launching the Clifton Nurseries Children's Drawing Competition. Encourage your child to draw their dream garden (anything goes!), bring the drawing into the nursery in National Children's Gardening Week, and from Wednesday 28th May onwards we'll proudly display them in the Fern Room. 

And there are prizes to be won too! For each of two categories (under 6 years old and 6 to 12 years old) we'll pick a winner - and each winner will win a £25 Clifton Nurseries gift voucher.
