All online shop customers can choose to use our Click and Collect service with no charge.
Orders can be collected from either our Surrey or London branches where our friendly staff will be happy to load your vehicles for you if required. You will be able to choose whether you would like to collect from either Surrey or London as part of the checking out process.
Following an order you will receive an email from our team notifying you of when your order is ready for collection. Please bring this with you when you come to collect your order.
Alternatively, you may choose to use our high quality delivery service for a small charge.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer a Delivery service for any items purchased through our online shop.
For the majority of items delivery is free for any order over £100 with a delivery charge of £7.50 per basket applying for orders under £100.
For outsize or bulky items we are happy to provide you with a customised quote which will be based on the quantity ordered as well as the location to which we are delivering. For easy access to a customised quote simply request a quote from within your checkout basket. You will receive an email when the quote is available directing you back to your basket to view the delivery charge, check out and complete your purchase.
Delivery is by our trusted suppliers. According to the items you order, your items may not all be delivered at the same time, but if they arrive separately you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, but regret that we are currently unable to deliver to the following areas:

Viburnum davidii - Viburnum 5L Bush
This compact dome-shaped evergreen shrub is a useful mid-sized plant. Flattened heads with numerous small white flowers in May are followed by metallic blue berries from September onwards. The dark green evergreen leaves on this mound-shaped shape make it an attractive groundcover plant in any sunny or partially sunny position.
Both male and female plants are required to ensure berries; unfortunately we cannot guarantee the sex of our plants.
Grows up to 1.5m high x 1.5m wide.
Rosmarinus officinalis - Rosemary - 10L Bush
An evergreen shrub with dense bushy growth and small purple flowers, this tough hardy herb is probably best known for its aromatic foliage which is frequently used in cooking, especially for BBQs!
Growing up to 2m high x 2m wide, Rosemary thrives in sunshine. If used for culinary purposes, keep trimming the stems at regular intervals to ensure fresh soft growth.
Useful as both an ornamental shrub and as a herb, every sunny garden should have at least one of these!
Choisya ternata Sundance - Mexican Orange Blossom - 10L Bush
This bright cheery evergreen shrub brings colour to the garden all year round. With clusters of white flowers in spring and aromatic yellow-green leaves this dome-shaped shrub grows up to 2.5m wide x 2.5m high.

Pittosporum tenuifolium Silver Queen - Pittosporum 10L Bush
Pittosporum tenuifolium Silver Queen is an evergreen shrub with a dense and compact habit. The wavy pale green leaves have creamy-white margins, which turn different shades of pink according to the winter temperature. Silver Queen has a natural conical shape which responds well to light clipping. Grow in a sheltered position in full sun or dappled shade in well-drained soil. We recommend that you protect this plant from strong and drying winds.
Buxus sempervirens - Box Ball 30/35cm
Buxus sempervirens is a small slow-growing evergreen shrub with glossy bright green leaves and tiny yellow flowers that are attractive to bees. Buxus responds well to pruning, making it perfect for topiary and for hedging. Popular in formal gardens as well as in pots and containers, this tough hardy shrub has a place in pretty much any garden.
