Google Office Rooftop Terrace

An office space with altitude as well as attitude, the rooftop terrace of Google's headquarters in London was designed by PENSON to take inspiration from green spaces and gardens to provide the perfect combination of relaxation and stimulation for the Google office staff. 

The design celebrates some of the British gardening trends, including allotments where staff can grow their vegetables and an outdoor workspace called the 'Secret Garden'. 

Entirely built from sustainable products, our skilled team rose to the challenge of the immense level of detail and the high standard of finish required in this ground breaking roof terrace garden. The ‘Secret Garden’ or outside office space contains small booths which function as mini offices; these private pods are screened by hedging and provide ideal outdoor meeting rooms. 

This was one of those jobs where our team would have definitely liked to stay and enjoy the fun after their work was complete!
