Not content with just designing and building our stylish striking show garden on site at our Clifton Nurseries Surrey branch in Weybridge, our innovative and talented garden design team then set about redecorating their design studio. Just as the show garden blurs the lines between inside and outside, so too does the Design Studio.
Affectionately referred to as our 'Shabby Chic Design Studio', the space has been converted from a standard office to a stylish and contemporary environment. The meeting area was clad with disassembled pallets to give the space a shabby chic feel, recycled scaffold boards were converted into shelving and the remaining pieces of pallet wood were rebuilt into small shelves for displaying samples of materials. Upside-down fruit boxes were reconfigured to make a useful coffee table and blackboards around the walls are used either for leaning plans and moodboards against, or as an impromptu drawing surface. Bold coloured furniture and new, high end product samples complete the look.
Enjoyed not just by our team, but also by visitors and customers, this Design Studio now makes a stylish and welcoming space for comfortably hosting our clients and showing off some of our talent and skills.
