All of us at Clifton Nurseries wish a huge congratulations to Jake Curley who has been awarded a Gold Medal for his entry ‘Business & Pleasure’ in the RHS Young Designer competition 2017! Earlier in the year Jakes entry was chosen, along with two others finalists, to create their Show Garden at the RHS Tatton Park Flower Show in July and we have just heard of the good news! We are delighted to hear on Jakes Gold Medal win!
With the theme of office gardens, Jake beautiful design was a versatile office garden with naturalistic prairie-style planting contained in a contemporary design setting – a garden we would all love to work in! To take a look at Jake’s design visit our original article back in February.
Don’t worry if you missed out at seeing Jake’s design at Tatton Park, you can see his latest design – our Pocket Show Garden at Clifton Nurseries London! Designed to provide inspiration and to illustrate how even a small space can be transformed into an all year round space with colour, interest, movement, and style. It showcases the skills of the talented Clifton Nurseries team; having been designed by Jake, it was then built by the Clifton Nurseries landscapers before being planted up by the Clifton Nurseries sales team!
We wish Jake all the best as he has recently left Clifton Nurseries to pursue his budding career in Garden Design - we can’t wait to see what you design next!
