A letter from our Managing Director to all our very special customers ..............

Dear Customers

With the developing National crisis that we’re currently experiencing, we are finding it more and more difficult to trade in our normal way.

Our garden centres in Surrey and London temporarily closed on Monday the 23rd March and the online shop closed on Wednesday 25th March due to difficulties in fulfilling deliveries.

The Quince Tree Cafes at both our branches closed on Friday 20th March.

Our Landscaping and Gardening services temporarily ceased on Friday 27th March. Whilst government advice has yet to extend to these services, to continue to ask our staff and our customers to interact, move around and undertake duties in the current environment is contrary to guidelines and is unsustainable. Our suppliers are experiencing similar difficulties, and issues in getting dependable material supplies limit our ability to complete works at the present time.

We reassure you that our management teams will still be contactable. Working from home they will respond to emails and mobile telephone calls and all landlines will be diverted to someone in our team. We will continue to review the situation daily.

We remain grateful for your custom, support and loyalty, and send you and your families our best wishes in these unprecedented times. We look forward to providing our services again as soon as we possibly can.

Kind regards

Will Clark

Managing Director
