We’ve been having an exciting time here at Clifton Nurseries! Founded in 1851, we’ve developed and flourished over the centuries, but probably none more so than over the last year.
In June 2016 ownership of Clifton Nurseries passed to Gavin Jones Ltd, one of the nation’s leading landscaping companies. In April 2017 Gavin Jones Ltd combined their existing garden lifestyle centre in Surrey, known as 'The Plantation', with Clifton Nurseries London, so Clifton Nurseries now have two exciting garden retail centres in the South East.
The Plantation, now renamed as Clifton Nurseries Surrey, is a bold and exciting garden retail centre in Weybridge, specialising in large and mature trees and shrubs, pots, outdoor furniture and BBQs and including a contemporary show garden, designed and built by our own designers and landscapers.
Clifton Nurseries London continues to be an oasis of tranquillity in Maida Vale, retailing an extensive range of outdoor and indoor plants, stylish garden accessories, cards and gifts.
We have also combined our domestic design, landscaping and maintenance teams across both the London and Surrey sites so you can now benefit from an even wider range of options from our award-winning design and landscaping teams - all backed up and strengthened by the services of the parent company, Gavin Jones Ltd.
