Returns Policy
At Clifton.co.uk we guarantee only to send you top quality flowers and will inspect them carefully before they leave us to make sure they are in premium condition. We also do our utmost to package and protect the bouquet so that it doesn't get damaged in transit. Most deliveries are made in our own vehicles so should our flowers reach you, or your intended recipient, in anything but the best condition, you may reject them at the point of delivery and we will make a full refund or deliver a replacement. However, if that is not possible, here is what you should do:
